I wrote the Depression Report when I served as the manager and buyer for the Nutrition and BodyCare dpts. of Wild Oats/Whole Foods Natural Market. Every third customer came in asking, "What have you got for depression?" I determined that I would create leaflet that I would hand each person which addressed all aspects of body, mind and spirit, as I led them to the appropriate supplement.
That leaflet turned into a book as I researched every option and treatment known to man in my mission to help people. I have not found another publication in any form that comes close to the variety of info. in "The Depression Report". It is written as if I'm talking to my best friend- no heavy medical terminology, no techni-speak.... just good and simple information.
**Please refer any friends or family that may be suffering- if they're willing to take consistent action, there is just no reason to suffer!
