The "Way of Ecstasy" is a term that came to me as I was contemplating the TRUE nature of man.

I have experienced my own divine nature on many occasions. As I grow along, the experience seems to include a frequency of pure ecstasy, more and more often.

I have concluded that as I remove my own dense and heavy layers of limiting belief, and touch my own heart and deepest levels of Spirit (or God), that essence inside is the nature of ecstasy itself.

I teach a principle called "The Onion Layers." At the core of the onion is our pure, divine essence. This is the light of God which shines through every molecule and aspect of our Selves. Dense frequencies of energy, or limiting beliefs, are the layers that surround the light- the onion layers. When we work on releasing those dense frequencies of thought and belief, we remove a layer of the onion.

As each layer is removed, or released through choosing to live in Love, the light within can shine brighter and brighter. Ecstasy is experienced on a more frequent level.
