As the warm breezes of Summer bring promises of flowering shrubs, blossoming tulips and wildflowers, and Mother Nature shakes off the last blankets of snow and frost, we rejoice in the energies of rebirth!

We once again embrace mountain trails, fields of riotous blooms and try to shed those clinging winter pounds. Yippee! Sunshine and warm days!!

The long dark periods of inner reflection give way to bursting self-expression! We take action to reconnect with friends and loved ones in our lives. After the sometimes limiting movement of Winter, we get "out" to see parks, cafes with lovely outdoor patios, and each other! We take time to say "hi", and to smile warmly at strangers.

This past Spring has led me to the new birth of many radio speaking engagements. I am thrilled to be able to share the "Awaken! Affirmations" with a larger audience.

These affirmations are so much more powerful than even I am fully aware of! You will see those "onion layers" of limiting beliefs and past hurtful experiences be released. You will become your "highest Self"!

The heat and sunshine of summer are finally here. Open to the rays of cosmic growth and information that the Sun brings. Open your cells and absorb the higher frequencies of Light/Energy that are coming to our sacred planet.
